Call Recording Policy

Recording Options

SynergyXpert may offer the option to record audio or video consultations for quality assurance, dispute resolution, or training purposes.

Consent Requirements

Recording is only permitted with explicit, informed consent from all participants (client and expert).

Participants are informed before a call begins if recording is active.

Recording proceeds only with informed consent from all required parties.

Use of Recordings

Quality Assurance: Internal review of platform interactions.

Dispute Resolution: Evidence if disputes arise post-call.

Training: Team training on platform best practices (de-identified when possible).

Compliance: Meeting legal or regulatory obligations.

Recording Storage & Security

Recordings are encrypted and stored on secure servers.

Access is restricted to authorized SynergyXpert staff and legal representatives.

Recordings are retained for up to 1 year unless a dispute is active (then retained until resolution).

User Rights

Request a Copy: Participants may request a copy of their recording by contacting info@synergyxpert.com.

Deletion Request: Participants may request deletion of their recording after the 1-year retention period, unless retained for an active dispute.

Withdraw Consent: Participants may opt out of future recordings in their account settings.
