Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This DPA is between SynergyXpert and any Organization ("Data Controller") using our services within the EU, UK, or similar jurisdictions. It governs the processing of personal data provided to SynergyXpert by Organizations using our platform, in compliance with GDPR and similar laws.

Data Controller: Organization

Data Processor: SynergyXpert

Nature: Cloud-based expert matchmaking and communication services.

Data Types: Names, contact info, messages, call data, payment details.

Data Subjects: Clients, organization employees, experts.

Process data only on documented instructions.

Ensure confidentiality and security of data.

Assist Controller with rights requests (e.g., access, deletion).

Notify Controller within 72 hours of data breach (contact info@synergyxpert.com for breach notification).

Delete or return data after service termination.

SynergyXpert uses trusted subprocessors, listed at https://www.synergyxpert.com/subprocessors. We ensure subprocessors meet similar data protection obligations.

Organization may audit our data practices with 30 days notice, no more than once per year.

We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for data transfers outside EU/UK.

Upon contract end, data will be deleted or returned per Controller's choice.
