SynergyXpert™ Terms of Service

Welcome to SynergyXpert! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SynergyXpert Platform and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The SynergyXpert Platform is accessible via https://www.synergyxpert.com and our application.

You agree to:

a. Provide accurate and current information during registration and profile setup.

b. Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials and be responsible for all activities under your account.

c. Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

d. Comply with all applicable laws and ensure all content you upload or share is not infringing, defamatory, or harmful.

e. Accept compliance policies, including NDA, Call Recording Policy, and clickwrap disclaimers when prompted.

a. Projects and calls must be initiated and conducted on-platform.

b. Payments are processed only through SynergyXpert and held in escrow until completion, protecting both parties.

c. Cancellations and refunds follow clearly posted policies, as detailed in our Payment & Refund Policy.

d. Professional conduct is expected at all times; harassment, discrimination, or abusive language will not be tolerated. For more details, please see our Community Guidelines.

e. For consultations or projects requiring additional confidentiality, a specific NDA may be presented for acceptance before engagement.

For any Client-Expert relationship or engagement that originates or is facilitated through the SynergyXpert Platform, you will conduct all related communications, scheduling, and payments exclusively through the Platform. Off-platform dealings may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of any outstanding payments, and legal action. This obligation survives the termination of these Terms.

You retain ownership of any content you upload or submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant SynergyXpert a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with the operation of the Service, including for promotional purposes, and to allow other users to access and use Your Content as permitted by the functionality of the Service and these policies. SynergyXpert reserves the right to:

• Modify or terminate the Service or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice.
• Suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason, at our sole discretion.
• Remove or refuse to distribute any content on the Service.
• Investigate and prosecute violations of these Terms to the fullest extent of the law.

SYNERGYXPERT DOES NOT PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL ADVICE AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR EXPERT CONDUCT. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SynergyXpert's maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of USD 500 or the total amount paid by the client to SynergyXpert in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours in compliance with GDPR/DPDP standards. For more details, see our Security Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are handled in London, UK courts. For details on dispute resolution, see our Payment & Refund Policy and Contact & Support Policy.

We log user acceptance via version number, IP address, user ID, and timestamp for compliance.

We will notify you via email or in-app notifications before material changes to these Terms take effect.

SynergyXpert maintains professional liability and cyber insurance for platform operations. Client payments are held in escrow until completion. Certain engagements may require acceptance of an NDA. Call recordings are governed by our Call Recording Policy; explicit consent is required before any recording.
