How do I find and book an expert?
Browse or search expert profiles, select your preferred expert, and use the booking form to request a consultation.
How do payments work?
All payments are securely processed via SynergyXpert through Stripe. The consultation fee for your selected duration is charged in full at the time you book. Refunds follow our Payment & Refund Policy.
Can I cancel or reschedule my consultation?
Yes! You can cancel or reschedule via your dashboard. Please see the Payment & Refund Policy for details on timing and possible charges.
What if an expert doesn't show up for a scheduled consultation?
If an expert fails to attend a confirmed session, you will receive a full refund in accordance with our Payment & Refund Policy. Please contact support immediately if this occurs.
What if I'm not satisfied with a consultation?
If you have concerns about a consultation, please raise a dispute within 7 days of the event by contacting support. SynergyXpert mediates disputes as outlined in our Payment & Refund Policy.
What technology do I need for a consultation?
You will need a reliable internet connection, a computer or mobile device, the Zoom application (or browser access), and a working webcam and microphone.
Can I leave a review for an expert?
Yes, we encourage you to leave feedback! After each completed consultation, you will receive an invitation to rate your experience and provide a written review for the expert. Your feedback helps other users make informed decisions.
Will my data and conversations be private?
Yes. We use encryption and strict security controls to protect your data and ensure confidentiality. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and Security Policy.

How do I become an expert on SynergyXpert?
Visit our "Become an Expert" page and submit your application. Our team rigorously reviews all applicants for quality and expertise.
How do I set my rates?
You set your base hourly rate in your expert profile settings. The platform adds a service fee for clients, which is clearly displayed to them.
How and when do I get paid?
Once a call ends and meets the minimum 7-minute duration, your payment is held for a 48-hour window in case the client raises a dispute. If no dispute is raised, payout is processed via Stripe (direct deposit), with funds reaching you as soon as possible and within a grace period of up to 7 business days from the end of the call. You can track your payout status in your expert dashboard.
What happens if I need to cancel a session?
Cancelling late may incur penalties, such as a reduced payout or temporary suspension of booking privileges. Please see the Expert Agreement and Payment & Refund Policy for full details.
What are the technical requirements to be an expert?
You will need a reliable, high-speed internet connection, a computer with a working webcam and microphone, a paid Zoom plan (Pro or higher, so sessions aren't cut off by free-plan time limits), and a quiet, professional environment for calls.
Are there any fees for experts?
SynergyXpert deducts a platform service fee from the client's payment (the 20% increment added to your base hourly rate). You receive your full base hourly rate for the full duration you booked. Penalties for late cancellations are detailed in the Payment & Refund Policy.
