Escrow System: The Client's payment is charged in full at the time of booking and held via Stripe and AWS for secure fund retention until the consultation is completed and the post-call review window has passed.
Call Recording: If enabled, recordings may be stored temporarily on AWS or Firebase, protected under SCCs and GDPR-compliant access controls.
