You retain all ownership rights to any content you create, upload, or submit to the SynergyXpert Platform. This includes project descriptions, questions, answers, documents, and deliverables.

By submitting Your Content to SynergyXpert, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to operate and improve the platform.

Unless otherwise agreed, expert deliverables remain the property of the expert, but the client receives a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license for internal business use.

All intellectual property rights in the SynergyXpert Platform itself are owned by SynergyXpert or its licensors. You may not use SynergyXpert IP without consent.
